Carrot Addresses Three Key Challenges with Supply Chain Tracking
01
Data Siloes
Supply chain data is fragmented across multiple platforms, limiting visibility, business intelligence, and system-wide tracking capabilities.
02
Limited Auditing
With disconnected data, third-party audits are manual, expensive, and incomplete, generating outcomes that are low-confidence.
03
Not Certifiable
Reliable third-party certification is only possible when data is standardized, digitized, and consolidated on a single layer.
Carrot’s Unified Data-Layer
Data Integration
Carrot seamlessly integrates supply chain data from multiple sources into a secure, immutable ledger.
Tracking IDs
Carrot assigns unique digital tokens—MassIDs for bulk materials and ProductIDs for individual items—ensuring precise tracking of logistical events and chain of custody across fragmented data systems. This enables real-time traceability and prevents data discrepancies.
Auditing at Scale
Carrot leverages AI and Machine Learning to analyze 100% of supply chain data—far surpassing traditional sampling-based audits. Carrot’s dMRV system detects anomalies, ensures data integrity, and validates records against third-party standards, streamlining verification and certification.
Carrot’s Unified Data-Layer eliminates inefficiencies in supply chain tracking by seamlessly integrating siloed data, enhancing visibility, and ensuring verifiable reporting for compliance and certification.

Supply Chain Tracking Applications
01
Recycled IDs
Prove recycled content use in your products with Carrot’s third-party certified-recycled MassIDs (RecycledIDs) packaged into ProductIDs. Showcase material provenance to consumers with first-of-a-kind traceability that includes full supply chain tracking for each RecycledID utilized. Demonstrate compliance with sustainability mandates with extensive reporting and auditing capabilities.

Mass ID
Tracking on the Carrot Network
Carrot's tracking solution enables the identification and tracking of every single load of waste, recycled inputs, or product using the proprietary concept of MassID.
Carrot's tracking solution enables the identification and tracking of every single load of waste, recycled inputs, or product using the proprietary concept of MassID.
Carrot generates a unique token on the Carrot Network representing a multi-party verified unit of waste mass (MassID) measured in weight (kg), identifying the type of waste, geolocation and stakeholders involved, including the responsible party.
As the MassID travels across the supply chain it stores all of the logistical events, capturing hauling, weighing, sorting activities as well as its chain of custody through to recycling.
MassIDs can be claimed and “bridged” across supply chain data systems to ensure single units are tracked, as long as the supply chain audits pass and are fully verified.
Similarly, recycled MassIDs (RecycledIDs) can be tracked and attributed to ProductIDs through verified recycling.
